Please note that for health and safety reasons, select intimate items and final sale pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene strips are securely attached.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
